Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

You may request a full refund for an Everend Forge Suite license within 14 calendar days after the purchase date. This applies to the current perpetual license and early-adopter purchases.

Refund requests should be sent to heinzdubois@gmail.com from the email address used at checkout. Please include your order number and a short description of the request so we can locate the purchase.

2. Digital delivery

Everend Forge Suite is digital software. A refund may revoke or deactivate the associated license and download access. After requesting a refund, stop using the refunded license and remove it from your devices if requested.

3. Technical problems

If you cannot download, install, activate, or reasonably use the product because of a reproducible product issue, contact us first. We will make reasonable efforts to provide support or a workaround. If the issue cannot be resolved, the purchase remains eligible for a refund within the 14-day period.

4. After the refund period

Requests received after 14 calendar days are not automatically eligible, but we may review exceptional circumstances such as duplicate purchases, an accidental duplicate charge, or a material failure to deliver the product.

5. Processing

Payments and refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Once approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider and bank.

Lemon Squeezy may also issue a refund at its discretion to prevent a chargeback, including within 60 days of purchase. That process is governed by Lemon Squeezy’s own policies.

6. Chargebacks and fraud

Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue. We may deny requests connected to payment fraud, abuse of the refund process, license resale, or other violations of the Terms of Service. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
